BIOEX has announced the launch of ECOPOL 1N, a new liquid foam concentrate and PFAS-free alternative to AFFF.
At 1 per cent concentration, ECOPOL 1N needs less product per litre of water than the standard 3 per cent or 6 per cent concentrates.
This directly reduces storage volume on site and extends operational runtime without any compromise on performance.
Certified EN1568-3:2018, ECOPOL 1N demonstrates effectiveness on Class B hydrocarbon fires with rapid-fire knockdown, burnback resistance, instantaneous pumping of the product, stable foam, effective at low expansion, and more.
Usable at 1 per cent concentration with both fresh and salt water, ECOPOL 1N ensures a controlled, flexible response across all operational configurations.
ECOPOL 1N is suited to a broad range of scenarios, such as:
⦁ Hydrocarbons storage (diesel, crude oil, petroleum distillates, kerosene),
⦁ Petro chemicals installations
