- Hochiki Europe’s Zoe Parsons has been shortlisted for Administrator of the Year at the Women in Fire Safety Awards 2026.
- The awards include International Rising Star and International Woman of the Year categories, opening recognition to fire safety professionals and achievements beyond the UK.
- Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in London on 15 October 2026.
Parsons was selected from more than 50 entries to make the final shortlist of 12 nominees in a category recognising individuals who provide wider organisational support and help maintain consistency across their businesses.
Parsons works as an Account Development Representative at Hochiki Europe, with responsibilities spanning documentation management and operational coordination. She works with the company’s Regional Sales Management team and also provides support to its Supply Chain function during periods of increased demand or staff absence.
Her nomination recognises her contribution beyond her core responsibilities, including supporting colleagues across different functions and helping teams maintain day-to-day operations.
“Being shortlisted for this award means a great deal, especially knowing the calibre of the other nominees. Most of what I do happens behind the scenes, so being shortlisted from over fifty entries feels like real recognition for the wider team as much as for me,” said Parsons.
Ian Humby, UK Sales Manager at Hochiki Europe, said Parsons’ shortlisting was “thoroughly deserved”, highlighting her ability to identify where support is needed and her contribution to the smooth operation of the company’s Regional Sales and Supply Chain teams.
The Women in Fire Safety Awards recognise achievements across the fire safety industry and include several categories with an international focus. The International Rising Star Award is open to individuals working in the fire safety industry outside the UK, while the International Woman of the Year category recognises women whose achievements have made an impact outside the UK.
The international categories provide a route for the awards to recognise fire safety professionals from markets including the Middle East, alongside the UK-focused categories.
The winners will be announced at the Women in Fire Safety Awards ceremony at Mercure London Earl’s Court on 15 October 2026.
